Ambra Zago

My name is Ambra Zago and I was born in 1993 in the province of Pavia, where I still live.

I have had a passion for drawing since I was a child, in fact I have never stopped. I am an autodidact, but when I was 16 I attended the short manga course of the Lucca Manga School in Milan and for a few years now I have been following the drawing and comics course of the Meltin'Pop group in Retorbido (PV).

One of my favourite tools is certainly the tablet for digital drawing, because it allows more 'freedom of error' than traditional drawing, even though I love watercolour tones when drawing on paper.

For me, drawing is not just a way of expressing myself or following a passion of mine, but also something that allows me to channel my thoughts, that keeps me 'on track' and contributes in an important way to my mental well-being.
