Ilaria Trombi

She was born in Parma where she attended the Paolo Toschi Art School. After 5 years spent in watercolours and oils, she decided to enter the digital world and after another 5 years she graduated with honours from the Academy of Fine Arts, specialising in Graphics and Communication. She now teaches at the Santa Giulia Academy of Fine Arts in Brescia and works as a graphic and web designer for various agencies.

Since 2008 she has been working with the writer Alex L. Mainardi, designing not only the covers of his/her books, but also all the related promotional material.

For Casa Ailus she plays the double role of graphic designer and illustrator, being present in one way or another in all or almost all of the group's publications.
